About the Founder: Lawrence Kirsch

A 35-year strategic planning and tactical marketing veteran, Lawrence (Larry) Kirsch has helped companies such as Rainbird, GlaxoSmithKline, and Space Maintainers Laboratories increase their profitability and achieve greater ROI for their marketing dollars.  Larry has founded three companies, co-owned a food manufacturing operation, and co-founded an e-commerce business.  As a management consultant, he has guided literally hundreds of small and medium-sized companies in their strategic planning, marketing and growth strategies.  He is also a certified Family Business Advisor working with family owned businesses to achieve successful transition to the next generation of management and ownership.  For 20 years he was a member of the faculty with the University of Phoenix and the Area Chair for the Graduate Management program at the San Diego Campus, instructing M.B.A. candidates in strategic management, operational development, leadership, and advanced marketing.

Larry has an MBA in International Marketing and began his career in Europe working for VOEST Alpine, the largest manufacturer in Austria, and then returned to the United States to work in brand management and product marketing.  Larry is currently the President of Marketing & Management Consulting, assisting companies in growth oriented strategic planning, family business advisement, and designing and executing aggressive marketing and sales programs.
