Building A Strategic Plan
This phase is designed to facilitate the development of an effective strategic plan for the company as they endeavor to expand their business and further promote their products and services. This is accomplished through working with the ownership and the executive team during a series of planning sessions designed to focus on the organization, and identify critical action items and measurements for milestones achieved. The benefit is the facilitation of a structured strategic plan that identifies critical organizational goals and specific Strategic Initiatives.
Once the Strategic Plan is developed and the Strategic Initiatives are outlined, then we move into the final phase of the program: Implementing Your Plan.
